Both. Maskan delivers five- and six-floor residential buildings as well as standalone and compound villas, depending on the site and district.

Can I buy an apartment or villa off-plan, before construction finishes?

Yes — most projects offer off-plan reservations with staged payment plans. Contact our sales team for current availability.

Do you manage the building after I move in?

Yes. Our property management service handles maintenance, common areas, and owners'-association coordination after handover.

I own land in Jeddah — can Maskan develop it with me?

Yes. Our investment partnership model lets landowners contribute their plot while Maskan handles design, construction and sales, with returns shared per agreement.
