Started with one building in Al Rawdah. Grown into 100+ across the city.
Maskan was founded in Jeddah with a simple idea: most families don't need a skyscraper — they need a well-built, well-located five- or six-storey building, or a villa in a neighborhood that works for daily life. Since 2009, we've stayed close to that idea, developing residential buildings and villas across Al Rawdah, Al Salamah, Ash Shati, Obhur, Al Marwah and other Jeddah districts.
Rather than outsourcing each stage to a different party, Maskan handles land acquisition, design, construction, sales, and after-sales property management under one roof — an A-to-Z model that keeps quality and timelines in our hands, not a subcontractor's.
